This isn’t your typical “inhale love, exhale bullshit” yoga class (although we do a bit of that!)

This is for people who still want to do cool sh*t with their bodies, whether you're just getting started or you've been practicing for years and want to refine your skills.

Strong & Slow Vinyasa Flow: Light Edition is a 30-minute class held once a month, focused on building up to a fun, challenging, and empowering yoga pose.

Because playtime is still allowed even as a grown-up.

What to Expect

Each month, we’ll explore a new peak pose, and I’ll guide you through a smart, strong sequence designed to help you get there with confidence.

Whether you’re close to nailing it or just working on the building blocks, you’ll get:

✅ Real talk on what it actually takes
✅ Modifications that don’t suck
✅ Encouragement without the woo-woo

What’s a Peak Pose, Anyway?

In yoga, a peak pose is the posture we’re building up to throughout the class.

It's the grand finale, the challenge, the “wait, I can actually f*kcin do this?” moment.

But here's the thing: you don’t need to be able to do the peak pose to get something out of the class. That’s not the point.

The magic is in the journey to the pose, not the pose itself.

Who This Is For

This is for you if:

  • You want to build strength and skills, not just stretch.
  • You’re curious about arm balances, backbends, and other cool poses, but have no idea where to start.
  • You love yoga, and you're ready to explore more asanas. Not just to get bendy, but to see what your body (and mind) are really capable of.
  • You’re serious about getting stronger, more mobile, and more confident in your body.
  • You want to test the waters before committing to a full workshop or membership.

Upcoming Free Classes

September: Bridge Pose (Setu Bandhasana)

Build your foundation for Wheel. In this class, we’ll break down Bridge Pose to strengthen your glutes, open your chest, and prep your body for deeper backbends. Perfect for anyone curious about Wheel or just wanting to feel stronger and more supported.

October: Yogi Squat (Malasana)

Hips don’t lie. Malasana is the secret weapon for deeper splits and hip mobility. In this class, we’ll explore variations that open your hips, lengthen your spine, and help you feel grounded on and off the mat.

November: Side Plank Flow (Vasisthasana + Variations)

It’s Planksgiving! Get ready for a flow that layers strength, stability, and just enough sass to make side planks fun. We’ll explore different variations so you can find your version of side plank, strong, steady, and maybe even stylish.

December: Bow Pose (Dhanurasana)

Your backbend breakthrough. This class is all about opening your chest and hips while building strength through your spine. Bow Pose is the perfect prep for deeper backbends like Wheel — energizing, uplifting, and confidence-boosting.
