Strong & Slow Vinyasa Flow: Light Edition is a 30-minute class held once a month, focused on building up to a fun, challenging, and empowering yoga pose.
Because playtime is still allowed even as a grown-up.
Each month, we’ll explore a new peak pose, and I’ll guide you through a smart, strong sequence designed to help you get there with confidence.
Whether you’re close to nailing it or just working on the building blocks, you’ll get:

In yoga, a peak pose is the posture we’re building up to throughout the class.
It's the grand finale, the challenge, the “wait, I can actually f*kcin do this?” moment.
But here's the thing: you don’t need to be able to do the peak pose to get something out of the class. That’s not the point.

→ It’s Planksgiving! Get ready for a flow that layers strength, stability, and just enough sass to make side planks fun. We’ll explore different variations so you can find your version of side plank, strong, steady, and maybe even stylish.
→ Your backbend breakthrough. This class is all about opening your chest and hips while building strength through your spine. Bow Pose is the perfect prep for deeper backbends like Wheel — energizing, uplifting, and confidence-boosting.
You don’t need to be “advanced.”
You don’t need to be flexible.
You don’t need to be in your 20s.
You just need to show up with curiosity and a sense of humor.
