Strong & Slow Vinyasa Focus Flow isn’t your typical “stretch and sweat” class. This is a full 60-minute online yoga experience where we move with intention, build strength and mobility, and take our time working toward one empowering pose each week.
Instead of rushing through a sequence and hoping you magically land a tough posture, we break it down step by step. You’ll get the prep drills, progressions, and focused flow that make the “impossible” suddenly feel doable.
Each class focuses on one “spotlight pose” or peak pose.
That’s the pose we’re building toward throughout class. Think of it like the finale in a workout or the big reveal in a story: all the warm-ups, drills, and flows lead up to it.
But here’s the important part: you don’t have to nail the pose to benefit.
Every sequence is designed to take you from simple to more complex variations, meeting you right where you are in your yoga journey. Maybe you’re just exploring the basics, or maybe you’re refining advanced skills. Either way, you’ll walk away stronger, more mobile, and more confident in your practice.
