Online private yoga lessons to build skills and strength with Heather are designed to give you personalized, focused instruction tailored to your unique goals, whether you're working on strength, flexibility, stress relief, need some help adjusting poses as you're coming back from an injury, or mastering advanced poses like backends, inversions, or the splits.


These aren’t typical guided flows. They’re focused, skills-based coaching sessions where we work together to help you develop the skills you need to feel strong, confident, and aligned in your practice.

Strengthen your core, improve spinal health, and explore new ways to move using the Yoga Trapeze. We’ll work on traction, mobility, and building the stability that supports both your yoga practice and everyday life.

How to Book Your Private Session:

  1. Choose a time that works for you and book your session.
  2. Complete the intake form before your first session.
  3. Check your email for a confirmation and Zoom link.
  4. Set up your space where you’re visible on camera to receive feedback and adjustments.
  5. Join the session and let’s focus on your goals!
  6. Refine and improve in follow-up sessions as you build strength and confidence.

EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENTS

Yoga on the Mat: A yoga mat is not required. A towel, rug, or just being on the floor will do.

Yoga Trapeze™ : You'll need a yoga swing and a way to anchor it either to your ceiling or a stand. Please see the Yoga Trapeze™ Equipment Guide here.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

If you need to change your private Zoom session, no worries! You can reschedule up to 24 hours prior. No schedule changes will be granted within 24 hours of our appointment time. However, in the event of an emergency within this timeline, please get in touch with me directly at heather [at] heathermonthie.com to discuss options. All 1:1 yoga session purchases are final; no refunds will be granted. Sessions must be used within 6 months of purchase.
